I had a blast staying in a bunk bed in the female dormitory room! The communal cafe and bar on the ground floor is such an inviting space to relax, offering delicious local craft beer and a mouth-watering basque burnt cheesecake. Plus, you can explore so many great restaurants and the famous castle close by-definitely a feast for the senses!

Spent six nights in a great private room with a spacious layout, a nice fridge, and even a washing machine for quick laundry. The cozy lounge area and quiet workspace downstairs were perfect for relaxing or catching up on some work when I needed a break. Just a heads-up, the furniture was a bit wobbly, but it didn't really take away from my overall vibe! 😊

i had a great stay at guesthouse rico! the staff was super friendly and spoke both english and japanese, which made everything so easy. my room had plenty of space, and i appreciated the comfy futon beds. it’s close to the train station too, making it convenient to explore. plus, they have a free luggage storage service before checking in and after checking out, which was a nice touch.
